The Fine Print

I charge Standard Fees (see below) plus airfare, transfers or rental vehicles, incidental on-site expenses, shipping and hotel expenses.

A Retainer of 50% of the fee is required, with the signed agreement, to schedule a speaking date. The remainder is due on site following the presentation.

Local discounts are available within 2 hours of Portland, Oregon. (No. Seattle is 4 hours away by car on a good day. I sometimes take the train as it is a lot easier on my nerves.)

Recordings of program–either audio, video or both requires a separate agreement.

The Rates

Endnote or keynote: $1000

Breakout with Booked Keynote: No additional charge

Workshop or Seminar (half day): $300

Workshop or Seminar (Full Day): $600

Other services in conjunction with booked events: Sponsor luncheon or panel participation is no charge

Pre-recorded Promotional Audio or Video: As time permits, Expenses only.
