Flereous

Flereous is a fire-element daemon that I work with when I need to clear what's blocking movement — old programming, shame, the fear that shows up right before stepping into a bigger version of yourself. If you're sitting with stuck drive, Flereous is the name for that work.

Who Flereous is

Flereous rules the element of Fire in the daemonic framework I develop in Walking with Daemonic Spirits. Unlike ceremonial fire correspondences that stay abstract, Flereous shows up as a working relationship — passion, motivation, and the willingness to burn through what no longer serves.

My take is direct: this isn't a spirit you petition for general "spiritual growth." Flereous is who you go to when you already know what you need to move on and you need the heat to actually do it.

How I work with Flereous

The pattern from the book: name the specific old programming or fear you want cleared, bring it to the working, and let Flereous burn it out rather than trying to argue with it yourself. Fire doesn't negotiate with fuel. That's the mechanism.

Common signals Flereous is active in a working: - Sudden clarity about a pattern you've been sitting in for months or years - Anger that turns into momentum instead of rumination - Loss of interest in things that were draining you - A short window where decisions feel obvious

Working notes

Fire symbolism matters. Candle, flame, incense, hearth — anything that keeps the elemental presence in the room. I use offerings that track the relationship over time rather than one-off petitions.

Don't call Flereous for general motivation. Call when you already know what to burn and you're ready to stop dragging it.

Related daemonic workings

Flereous sits in the broader daemonic roster I maps across Walking with Daemonic Spirits and related titles. Agares covers community and doors-opening. Belial covers sovereignty. Each daemon has a distinct operational scope — this is not interchangeable Goetic flavor.

Flereous, ruling over the element of Fire and our passion and drive, burns away the bullshit—old programming, shame, fear of stepping into your true self.

— Taylor Ellwood, Walking with Daemonic Spirits

Flereous is one of several element-aligned daemons in my working roster. Pair with Agares for community momentum, Belial for sovereignty work, and Bune for material manifestation once the clearing is done.

ACE — The Anti-Coronavirus Entity

ACE is an entity I created during the Covid-19 pandemic as a magical protection working. Its function is direct: form a defensive barrier around a cell and actively engage the virus. I documented the working in Walking with Magical Entities.

What ACE is

ACE — the Anti-Coronavirus Entity — is a servitor / working entity I created during the pandemic, specifically to function as cellular-level immune support. I did not want to rely solely on conventional protection alone, so I built a magical entity with a clearly defined task: defend the cell, engage the virus.

How the entity operates

The operational frame is narrow and deliberate. ACE forms a defensive barrier at the cell level and actively targets the virus rather than passively shielding. Narrow task definition matters with servitor work — an entity with a diffuse or grandiose mandate tends to fail quietly. An entity with a specific, bounded task can operate effectively inside that task for as long as it is fed and maintained.

Why this kind of working matters

Pandemic-era magical practice forced a lot of practitioners to get specific about what magic can and cannot do. I treat entities like ACE as complements to conventional protection, not substitutes. You still wash your hands, you still follow public health guidance, you still see a doctor when you are sick. The entity is an additional layer, not a replacement for any of the other layers.

What ACE demonstrated, at least in my own practice, is that narrow-task servitor work during a specific window can be operationally effective when the practitioner is disciplined about scope and honest about the limits.

Working notes

  • Narrow the entity's task before you create it. "Protect against a specific virus at the cellular level" is a workable task. "Protect my health generally" is not.
  • Feed the entity. Servitors that do not receive ongoing attention or energy fade.
  • Close out the entity cleanly when its task is complete. I keep ACE available as a framework for future pandemic-class situations rather than releasing it entirely, but that is a choice each practitioner makes based on their own ongoing need.
  • Pair entity work with conventional health practice. Magical protection is one layer in a stack.

Where ACE sits in my broader work

ACE is part of a longer practice of building and working with magical entities — daemons, servitors, egregores — each with specific operational scopes. I cover the broader frame in Walking with Magical Entities and related material. ACE is a case study in pandemic-specific servitor work, not a general-purpose healing entity.

Ace is an entity I created to protect myself and other people from the Covid-19 coronavirus. It forms a defensive barrier around a cell and actively attacks the virus.

— Taylor Ellwood, Walking with Magical Entities

ACE sits inside a broader entity-working practice I developed across Walking with Magical Entities and related titles. Related workings include servitor creation, daemonic collaboration, and the specific craft of building bounded-task entities for pandemic-class situations.

Bune

Bune is a Goetic daemon covered across my *Manifesting Wealth*, *Pop Culture Grimoire 2.0*, and *Walking with Daemonic Spirits*. I work with Bune for material flow — wealth, publicity, visibility in the market. The offering pattern he documents is specific and worth reading closely.

What Bune does

Material manifestation — money, publicity, opportunities that carry financial weight. My treatment in Manifesting Wealth locates Bune inside a working practice, not a one-off wealth ritual. The relationship compounds.

From Walking with Daemonic Spirits: I keep a painting of Bune's seal in his office. That's the architectural signal — this is a daemon you build a room around, not a spirit you visit once.

The offering pattern

I documents making publicity offers to Bune in exchange for aid. This is important: the offering matches the domain. Bune works with flow and visibility, so the offerings flow back into visibility — reviews, promotion, market presence. That loop feeds the relationship.

Signals Bune is active: - Unexpected income streams open up - Publicity shows up without you pursuing it - Opportunities cluster instead of appearing singly - Market conditions move in your favor at the exact moment you need them

Working notes

Bune rewards steady offering over time more than large one-off petitions. Keep the seal visible in a working space. Track what flows back — the relationship deepens when you notice what the daemon is actually doing rather than treating it as a background service.

Don't call Bune for rescue. Call Bune for compounding.

Cross-book coverage

Bune gets deeper treatment across my catalog than most daemons: Manifesting Wealth develops the wealth-specific working, * connects the daemon to modern symbolic surfaces, and Walking with Daemonic Spirits* anchors the operational relationship.

The offering I've made to Bune, in exchange for his aid, has been a publicity offer. I have a painting of his seal in my office. - from 'Walking with Daemonic Spirits'

Bune is the wealth anchor in my daemonic roster. Pair with Agares (the relationships that carry money), Flereous (clearing scarcity programming), and abundance-cauldron workings.
